Kitchen Condiments

On the island in my kitchen sits a tray of those 'easy to reach for' items I use frequently- herbs, salt and pepper, and Italian olive oil and Italian Basalmic vinegar. The olive oil comes from Gaeta, Italy and the vinegar from Sicily ... I use them sparingly as the shipping costs, even from distributors in the US, are quite high.
