Another shot at Echinacea

Last week I sketched this purple cone flowers and wound up adding ink. I decided to try them again SANS ink. I think I like this one better.

Nicely done. They are beautiful flowers and you have definitely captured them.

Your flowers are so lovely. I thought you had been drawing a lot longer, so you inspire me to keep on. The lily is majestic. I am just now venturing out into adding color.

Beautiful Lin! Isn't it funny...it just seems some things are better with ink and others are better without. I like these without also.

I really like this version of the coneflowers! It's much looser and seems like you had more fun painting this one. Your work is lovely!

Just beautiful; so realistic and I love
the delicate sky in the background.

Oh I love echinacea flowers. I can't grow them but love to look at them just the same. These are gorgeous Lin. I can see I have a real treat in store for me here on 'View from the Oak'! You've been very busy as always. What a delight to come back to. :o)
