ROOFLINE

ROOFLINE
Originally uploaded by linfrye.
Before leaving for work this week, I took a photo of the changing leaf color as the scene appeared from a corner of my roof. The perspective is a bit different -- and I've tried to keep the washes loose without adding the fine lines of ink.

Mornings have been in the high 30s here -- BRRR!!!!!

Lin, the colours of your trees are gorgeous! They really resemble the colours of the trees I saw last week in Nova Scotia. (I have an album on my Blog with photos, if you haven't seen them already...)

Love the contrast of loose washes for the trees and the more solid lines of your house. Gives the idea the trees are further back, too. Great idea!

I really like this - the specific look of the building and the dreamy look of the trees.
