The 'what is so' about my life and art.
Lin this is FANTASTIC! You should be mightily proud of your efforts with this one, it's wonderful. Well done!!! :o)
Again - the shading on the leaves is wonderful. I can taste that artichoke with dipping butter.
I saw a lot of your work, didn't have a lot of time to comment...and here I had to write. This is great & accurate. Very good work...makes me hungry :-)
Well, I don't care for artichokes until they are in the jar! LOL and then I love them in several recipes. However, I don't know how you'll be able to eat this -- you have drawn, colored and shaded it so perfectly -- it's like a portrait!!! Amazing job Lin.Hugs,Lorraine
Beautiful!! Gosh, it looks good enough to eat! And I love them.
Wow Lin what a fabulous job on this artichoke - funny, I bought an artichoke to paint a few days ago and I noticed this morning it is all dried up - You did an outstanding job, I am not going to try.Sandy
OH WOW Lin this is the best yet!!! What an awesome job you did...meant to post about the poppy too which is lovely...but the artichoke knocked my socks off!:> YEAHHH YOU
This artichoke has lots of heft and life! Well done, cara!
Beautiful shading and detail! Excellent job Lin!!!
This is really a fabulous piece as is your poppy. Both are gorgeous!MD
it looks fabulous and you've got all details. really very nice.
Wow, another winner! SO many fab paintings, I can't keep up :)! I love the colours of the cup too, it really glows!
Lin, this is yummy perfection! Very nice mix of your new loose and a little of your old ink--just excellent work!!
Nice job, Lin!
Simply a masterpiece. Every thing about it is just perfect, and I bet it wasn't an easy thing to draw. Did you enjoy the process more than working from photos?
this is beautiful! I love artichokes - we eat them all the time!
Lin, I love artichokes any time of the year and this rendering looks good enough to eat. My little grandaughter loves them too and was taking them in her lunch until kids starting teasing her and asking her what in the world they were.
