Monochromatic

My first attempt using a monochromatic palette ... very very useful for value studies! I used Winsor-Newton burnt umber watercolor for this study.

Very nicely done, Lin. I have done a couple of these as you know from our watercolor class. They do make an interesting picture in themselves.
And as our "flower gal" you picked a great subject.

This is very nice Lin...I'm a big lover of monocromatics...love the different shading that show up so nicely in them! Love this one.
