A view of Villa Tasca in Caltagirone, Sicily of boulders overlooking a field of yellow flowers - one of my favorite places in Sicily.

That's a beautiful scene and a charming painting. Love the rocks and the tree.

Yup; you've done a great job on the rocks for sure and they are hard to do. I realy like the whole painting -- lights and darks are done so well!

Beautiful painting, my brother is going this friday to Sicily and Rome. I agree that rocks are tough!

Whoa, Lin, between this and your "practice landscape" (which i think is pretty amazing for a practice!), they are gorgeous.

Hi, I just found your site thru EDM. I love this drawing, really beautiful. Additionally I noticed that you were at Villa Tasca...my family is Scicilan and in some way related to the Tasca family. I wondered how you liked the place? My sister and I are thinking of visiting. Thanks!
