The 'what is so' about my life and art.
Well done! Looks like you've been keepingup with your watercolor assignments. I have to get going....
I have a piece I would like sketched/ drawn for my wife for Christmas (I had one mad for my Mother years ago but I have lost touch with the artist), are you available? I'm staying anon in case my wife stops by your blog :)
Another beautiful one -- love the ironwork on the door. The shading is just perfect. You must "remember" the Italian sunlight that painters say is so different!Lorraine
J -- I'd be pleased to discuss .... please email me -- email@example.com ... THANKS!
I have always wanted to do a series of photos on doors and windows, both of which a have some great features. This one is great too!
Lin, beautiful work on the door. I also admire the brickwork around the door especially how the colors work so well with the door. Beautiful detail work, too.
The shading is right on ... it makes the whole watercolor come to life. I'm with Tami.. I too have always wanted to do a series on doors and windows.
You do a lovely job with them too. I like the drybrush on the door which gives it a distressed paint look.
just beautiful! amazing the personality that little extra touch gives to that old door.great job!
Beautifully rendered brick wall! Nice painting, as always.
Hope you keep doing these. They are really lovely.
Great technique!I love doors too!
Lin, beautiful work! I love the iron detail and brick texture/color.
great and inspiring doors -- you've inspired me to get started on my textures assignment :)
