Cantaloupe Preserves and Honey

I put up 4 batches of cantaloupe preserves, a dryer of cantaloupe and ate my weight (it seems) in honey ...

Another super-busy day yesterday and time only for a very fast sketch -- so I realize the honey jar is a bit wonky ... but in case folks might be interested in the recipe for the cantaloupe preserves, I decided to post this before leaving for VA ...

Have a great week!

Lovely golden colors!! I have a friend who has a farm near here and so I get to buy first hand, berries and honey. Yum! It's so much better and so much better for us when we eat the locally grown.
With all your activities this weekend and you still managed to draw and paint. You are a wonder!
Hugs,
Lorraine
