Charlottesvlle Mall Flower Pot

While visiting Monticello, we stopped at the Charlottesville, VA pedestrian mall -- a wonderful area of shops, outdoor restaurants, a few galleries, and of course, filled with delightful planters.

I just couldn't leave our visit without sketching my beloved flower pots!

Off to work again and returning Arby to the rest of 'her' owners. It was a fun, busy weekend --- and we could all use a bit of a rest! LOL

Yes, I can see this is one of your kind of pots to paint and what a lovely job!

The kids are getting so big, gosh.

I tried to comment on this yesterday but it wouldn't work. This is so lovely and reminds me of one you sent me in colors -- love the sort of cobalt blue and the riot of color on the flowers.
Hugs,
Lorraine

Lovely. I love the booksellers on their pedestrianised area :) And the antiques...
