2010 - HAPPY NEW YEAR - A NEW PATH

The light is just breaking the rim of darkness as I write. Between my window and the light, there is fog and haze and bits of rain. The new year has begun.

I prefer to see snow today, and so I've painted my New Year in Winter White. I left the painting predominently open … like the New Year ahead …
uncluttered,
the sun with its promise,
the snow with its purity,
the path untrodden, ready for our footsteps …
the sunshine and the future…
moving us ever forward ….
on the path of our journey….

On the path of our lives.

May 2010 be filled with all the joy, love, peace, prosperity and creativity one can ever hope for ….

And I pray that I’ll see you often … on the path … moving forward …

HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR! MAY IT BE WONDROUS!

How fitting and how beautiful. Another glowing one but in a very different way. You express so much with this painting, as you did yesterday. And a lovely commentary, again.

I was with some stamping friends yesterday, sharing the handmade holiday cards I received and everyone was so taken with yours. They all love your work and am always happy when I share your site or your art with them.

The happiest and healthiest of new years to you, (including the fur kids!).

And thank you again for sharing your gorgeous paintings with everyone.
Hugs and Love,
Lorraine

Sorry, my last two posts have both had errors in them -- bad grammar is not the way to end or start a year LOL.
Hugs,
