My quince is absolutely in full bloom! What a glorious sight!

  1. Oh, when I bring that one up full size, I can so clearly see the shading and what I'd call mottling (???). It's just lovely Lin. Spring sure provides you with a wealth of painting opportunities!

  6. I love the color orange for its boldness and exuberance … that you managed to make these flowers looking so handsomely dainty is beyond me! (big smile)

    *Though I appreciate pretty flowers, I can only name roses and calla lily. Oh, yes, geraniums too. Thank you for all the lovely sketches of various flowers/plants. I am absolutely at awe by them but also for the fact that you know their names!
