Sketching while visiting others can be challenge to be sure -- how to 'nicely' fit in this bit of time while spending the majority of energy and focus with those you love.
So, after everyone had gone to bed at my dd's ... I grabbed my daughter's 'belljar' and sketched it quickly -- sans contact lenses, ample light, and to be honest, enough energy! (This was after the museum!!!! LOL)
I didn't have a chance to paint it until I got home Sunday night ... but I loved the unusual design and bright peacock colors ....
Your jars are beautiful Lin! What a wonderful creative painter and drawing artist you have become! It wonderful doll! The brown door is stunning! LOVE that, makes me want to open it and see what is inside!
ReplyDeleteSending hugs your way, Patti
