Being back at work means a return to sketching and, sadly, more often working from photographs than plein air ....
Still I like the way these tulips turned out --- but I am so missing those beautiful scenes before me and sitting before them to paint ....
Tulips make such great subjects, though, and you've really done these justice!

Your tulips are beautiful Lin..they look fresh and vibrant. and yes, we do get hooked on doing plein ai, but it isn't always possoble and then an image works just as good. You did great here!
