One of my instructors this year is growing a variety of tomatoes, which he generously shares with me!! These bright reds and the yellow make the BEST pasta sauce AND dried tomatoes. This is what they looked like BEFORE I rendered them into a terrific evening's meal. Thank you, Cullen!
