My granddaughter turns one today -- HAPPY BIRTHDAY RILEY! Already, this wee redhead is walking and following her sister around the house - trying to keep up! We'll be celebrating her birth next week!
The darkness of the early morning bespeaks that the rain has arrived and the grey will be with us today and most likely tomorrow. I painted this last night as the last rays of the sun brightened the coming evening and rain was merely in the forecast.
Still, no computers. The IT fellow was working on them yesterday afternoon, so I'll check this morning for their readiness. Next weekend is mighty busy so I'm hoping we'll get them with enough time today to insure they're working correctly.
We'll miss that bright sundown today ...I'm finding that I'm definitely needing the sunshine this winter! Have a great day!

Oh what a gorgeous painting -- it absolutely glows and looks like a photo -- better than a photo! A fantastic painting Lin. I'd love to see the sun again -- it was here very briefly yesterday afternoon and then behind the clouds again. Thank you for gracing us with some sunshine on this dreary morning.
Hugs,
Lorraine
Oh wow I love those colors in this painting!! Did you know we are coming to the US again soon?? We'll be going to San Francisco and Las Vegas, visiting some National Parks on the way. Looking forward to it!! :-))

Wow!!! Incredible vivid colors in your sunset!
I can't believe that your granddaughter is a 1 year old already!! It seem like she was just introduced to us.
We are expecting rain here tonight, but it is grey with sprinkles already. I guess my sunny days of painting plein airs from the car won't continue today. Have a great day!!
