The Pond








Continuing my 75-day Sketch with Pen Challenge. I did this first with pen, then followed-up with watercolor.

I am really enjoying the relaxed sketches in my journal ...smaller scale, a bit faster, and more a sketch than a finished painting ...

Lin - this is superb - love these pen and watercolor washes. Just the right balance of ink with watercolor. Your greens are perfect as well (I so struggle with those in a landscape). Hope you have a great week-end...enjoy each of these passing summer days - they will be gone before we know it! Hugs
