Journal - This week I had the marvelous opportunity to get away with my painting friends at Topsail Beach, NC. We had two sunny, one cloudy and one mostly rainy day --- but had a great time, and everyone got back to painting. During our beach walks, I became enamored with the beautiful beach stones strewn everywhere - so I painted a small watercolor sketch of several to add to my journal.

Lin your beach stones are lovely. I had the pleasure of being at Top Said Island for a week several years ago. Beautiful place to visit. In fact I have some seashells stored away in my studio that I gathered when I was there. Thanks for reminding me...need to pull them out and put them on display.
