Travel Journal - Coastal Georgia Botanical Garden Tower

Travel Journal - Cold front has moved in...and inspite of the on and off again rain, we visited the Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens.  Utterly delightful!  Once a bamboo farm, today the 46 acre gardens boasts fruit trees that were planted as colonial cash crops, a tea garden, rose garden, iris river,  crape myrtle grove, the Kings Holly...growing with a spread like a live oak!, ponds, a bamboo maze and much more.  We climbed the tower for a view of the gardens and maze.
