We spent yesterday with the grands, my son and his wife, their friends, at my daughter-in-law's parents! WONDERFUL time! Mike and his friend roasted a pig, the children swam and played ball, collected fireflies, ate, played, ate, played, rested and played some more! After a food feast, Mike and friends set off a huge display of fireworks! Emily and Nick weren't too crazy about the noise (LOUD!!!) and there was a cacophony of children's crying along with the popping rockets, but the site of all those colors and brilliant sparks kept everyone enthralled. I think we all slept well after such a day!
