Butterfly Bush

All the time I was weeding the kitchen garden, the butterflies were having a ball sipping nectar from the blooming herbs AND this butterfly bush. I snapped a photo and took it to my daughter's to use as a reference. I LOVE those butterflies!

Yes, butterflies are here! I can imagine how pleasant it was for you to see them while you were toiling! Makes you think it's all worth it, doesn't it? Sweet sketch.

Oh, I love Buddleia! I had dozens of butterfly bushes among the roses at my old house. I need to plant some here. :-) You did a great job capturing it.

Nice Picture.

Each time I go over to my mother's place I often see the many of wild Butterfly bush growing on a hillside each year, they are so lovely and so much better to look at instead of the usual srub brush.

Almost bought one of these but it needs SUN and I have a mostly shady garden. Damn! Love the sketch.

Off to NY - no butterflies there but I'll try to post what I do capture when I get home.
