Sketching at 60 mph as we whizzed by trees of all kinds was a challenge this sleep-deprived individual JUST couldn't do well, and at this amount of sleep loss and reunion excitement, neither would my memory serve me well.
I did manage sketching a few citrus tres, a live oak with moss, some of the dead, moss-covered trees in the swamps, and more palms than anything else. I sketched better the next day after a full six hours of sleep!
