Browsing again through the photos taken from Duke Gardens, I decided to sketch this bit of a flowerpot and some surrounding flowers. I love to see the softness of natural objects such as flowers set against harder textures like rocks and pots and fences.

I also love big urns in the garden and love this picture. Great colours, expressive style and sense of depth.
