Charles' Banjo

banjo
My dear husband is a man of many talents, and music is one of them. He can sing beautifully and has taught himself to play various string instruments. He owns about half a dozen various music pieces, including this banjo. He plays well -- and often when I am sketching or responding to email, I hear him practicing. His melodies keep me company as well as entertained!

Husbands are precious arn't they, mine cant sing a note but after over 47 years of marraige he is still very precious. Love your rendering of his banjo, and I especially love your vase of grasses and the tale you tell.

The little banjo looks like it's just bursting with joy. How wonderful to have so much love in your life and a partner to enjoy sharing it with.

Hmmm... I think you should try and get a recording of him playing and singing and post it on your blog!
:-) Great drawing of the banjo!

Lovely drawing!
My DH is singing with enthusiasm. Too bad that he's awful at it. At least he's loud! :)

Love your little banjo. My DH also sings as well as, plays the guitar, but not at the level of yours. I know what you mean about his music keeping you company.
