Meds

I like this new 'easy to open' pill bottle. So many times, the struggle to get into the 'child proof' bottles is more daunting than the illness. The wee tab on the left pushes down, and the tall cap easily turns to open. NICE for older hands! LOL

I could have sketched some flowers to cheer me up, but to be honest, I was too tired! So I thought I'd sketch something from my day ...

Very good rendidtion of the pill bottle. I like both the colors and the details on the cap. Sorry you had to have such a subject!
I wish I could get my online meds with those caps. I finally just end up leaving the caps off and putting the meds in a drawer!
Hugs and so glad you feel a bit better!

Your drawing of the pill bottle is great! I never feel that inspired to draw everyday stuff... I guess I have what Henry C. Pitz in his book 'Drawing Outdoors" is a "certain blindness" when considering everyday objects available to us. It's like we hardly notice them because we see them so often.
Anyway, I like your drawing! But I hope you feel "all better" soon.

Lin I havent been to look at your blog for a week and then find that you are sick, couldnt have caught it from my John but he was that way too. I love love your flowers, wether they are done loosely or not.
Fantastic stuff. I am having enough trouble trying to sketch something everyday, let alone in colour.
Oh the pill jar looked interesting as well but not really what I need to see.

I'm glad to hear your meds are working. The pill bottle, like everything else you draw, has a cheery optimistic look about it. Nicely done and a perfect choice!
