We decided to go to the opening of the gallery since it was much earlier than the reception. I brought 2 additional paintings and found the first two right by the front door -- so beautifully hung! We spend a few hours there looking at the incredible work -- oils, acryllic, pottery, collage, textured, photography -- a well-rounded mix of some incredible work. We chatted with some of the other artists who decided to come early as well.
It's a beautiful gallery - and also offers classes in all forms of art - guitar lessons, visual art and more.
We left the gallery and spent the rest of the evening doing the kinds of chores and shopping that seem to take far longer than they should.
