Though it's a bit wonkey in perspective, this is my new car that has stirred so much emotion this weekend. It's a pearl beige bisque that I just couldn't get right either with watercolor or with Photoshop -- but it's close.
It's a neat car -- all computerized, with GPS (I hope that helps me find my way around!! LOL), buttons to push, and virtually keyless .... I figure by the time I trade THAT in, I'll have learned how to operate it!

Hi,
congratulations with your new car! I live in The Netherlands (Europe) and have a Prius since last March. It is a joy to drive, not difficult at all. And it gives a kick when you drive 'electric' and see that it uses zero liters gas. It is also very quiet, I had to get used to hearing sounds I never heard before.
Good luck and drive safely!

I was wondering when we were going to get a look! I guess you had to do work work yesterday - LOL. I like the pearly colors, I bet it's gorgeous. What a delight it must be to drive it!!!
Oh Lin...nice drawing. And I can't wait to hear how you like the Prius. We are shopping around for a new auto.
Wow Lin, what a neat sketch (and totally expected :). It is a lot smaller than I thought. I know you will have fun with and in it.
Lin, How exciting to get a brand new state of the art car like the Pirus. It's got to be a whole new experience learning to operate it. Please keep us updated on the experience. I think you captured the gold color very well in your sketch.

That is a cute looking car! I like the smaller sized cars, too. Less consumption of fuel - and less consumption in the pocketbook!
VERY NEAT! Like the drawing/painting. A cute "little bug" she is!!!!
Congratulations, Lin. Nice looking vehicle. First time I've seen one. You did a good job on the painting.

Wow! It looks just great. And sounds brilliant too. I'm so happy for you Lin. :o)
Wow, sounds great, looks cute! You're going to have so much fun with this!
It looks like a small car... but it is amazing what you can fit into it when you put the back seats down! And with one back seat down and the front seat almost flat I managed to put a sleeping sofa into it!

What a cute car and what a cute painting.
Your first car painting and it is very realistic from the ones I see on the road.
And what a great idea -- congratulations on your happy gift and for making the environment a better one for everybody. All the cars should be this way -- and should have been years ago!
Hugs,
Lorraine

Ahhhhhhh....she's so cute! Does she have a name yet?
Congratulations on your new car!!!! You did a great job with this perspective. I think it is especially difficult when the shape of the car is very different from what we are used to.
