I'm continuing my armchair travel to Venice through Bonny's lovely photos (http://bonnyracca.typepad.com/bonnys_pages/) of her trip. Here's a window typically seen in Italy ... wonderful architecture and filled with bright, cheerful flowers.

Wow, you've been busy since my last visit! Great drawings! I think the venice doorway and window are my favorites. Beautiful.
WOW! This is really beautiful! If I didn't know better, I'd say you were out with me yesterday! Except this is not Italy but it's close enough ;). This is one of my favorite Lin sketches.
Wow, this is gorgeous Lin!! The colors are so bright and cheery. I just love it. Everytime I see yours and Bonny's Venice I want to go there all over again.
This is absolutely chariming!! Love the peachy color in the background. Very good sketching detail on the window. Your work makes me think of that old saying, "you've come a long way, baby." Very appropriate for your work!!
Lin - I love your painting and love Venice. What a great idea to do an armchair trip. Let me know if you want any more Venice window photos. I took many in a series during our last visit and they are still up on Ofoto.
Oh the colors on this one are lovely and what a nice capture of the window boxes full of flowers. They really know what's important in life! Beautiful sketch. Hugs, Lorraine
