Cosmos, rosemary, zinnia, butterfly bush, hydrangea, strawberry fields gomphrenia graced the vase we created for a meeting prior to leaving work Thursday night. All cut from the Arboretum perennial garden.

Beautiful painting! I love all the opportunities summer gives us to paint. Must grab some of them!Hope you are fine and seeing your grandkids and getting home every weekend.
How utterly lovely!! You have made use of almost the whole page (yay! ;D) and the way you've painted the flowers and vase is so confident and fluid. One of you very best, cara.

What a lovely loose and happy sketch. All those colors and shapes are glorious, and the way you handled the transparency - WOW!
Lovely! Each one has its own brilliant personality.
Lovely work, Lin, this one's frameable.
